What happens if i refuse import charges?Updated a year ago

If you refuse to pay the import charges, we will not be issuing a refund, as it has been stated via email and on our website internationals may incur import charges and this is not our responsibility (sorry sis!). 

Therefore regardless of the customer refuses to pay the import fee and the box is returned we are not able to issue a refund and the only option available is to have the box reshipped out once the reshipping has been paid by the customer.
